We offer half and full-day tours, sunset cruises and private charters all over the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. Choose from Palomino beach & Cayo Icacos, Culebra or Vieques Island, and go snorkeling with all-inclusive lunches and drinks for added convenience.

Our Captain

Captain Fred Lackey III is a seasoned mariner with a 100-ton Master Captain’s license from the U.S. Coast Guard and a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.

With 10+ years of experience navigating all kinds of vessels, Fred is known for his expertise and commitment to safety on the water. Prior to being a captain, he spent his life doing hair and makeup for movies such as Robocop and Born on the Fourth of July!

Whether it’s managing day-to-day operations or tackling tricky waters, you can count on his skills and professionalism to keep things running smoothly.

Great time with the family
Got the Culebra package for our annual family trip down to PR. Snorkeling was a blast, and Fred was great. We even forgot sunscreen and the crew was nice enough to lend us some. Will be returning next year.

Great for small-scale adventuring
The wife and I have been living in PR for about 5 years now. Since we're already pretty familiar with most of the landmarks here, we figured we'd visit the surrounding islands to branch out. The ride was fantastic, Fred was very helpful, and the beach at Icacos had white sand and clear water. The snacks and drinks were good too, though they were a little basic.
